About a week ago, I requested a pick up for a very large order for paper to be shredded. Your employee (Mike?) was professional, courteous, and diligent with his duties. He was friendly and efficient, loading my documents quickly into your truck. I was very impressed.
Then yesterday, I had one more container of material to be shredded and your employee, (Israel) demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout the drop-off process. I recognize that any exceptional company with the high degree of customer service you provide must also have exceptional management and ownership (which happens to be you!).

Yup - we were blown away and very grateful!! Thought we would share and encourage anyone out there not sure about our services, that we DO care, we work our tails off daily and eagerly look forward to helping others tomorrow and the next day and the next!!!
